Tracy Stallard

Tracy Stallard

 

Tracy Stallard is a world-class facilitator with over 20 years’ experience delivering Performance, Leadership, and Customer Experience training to thousands of participants, from front-line employees to senior executives. She has worked with a diverse array of businesses, from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. Before any implementation, Tracy is dedicated to fully understanding the client’s business, its leadership, employees, and market position. As a result, she is able to customize content and delivery to the specific audience.

Prior to her work in the learning and development industry, Tracy held successful positions in broadcast media. Her strong background in sales and management gives her instant credibility with a wide variety of audiences, as well as a keen understanding of “real world” challenges.

Tracy earned two BA degrees from the University of Central Florida, in Organizational Communications and Broadcasting, and has taken Master Level courses in Human Resource Management at Georgia State University.

Key among Tracy’s strengths are the energy level, enthusiasm, sense of humor, and easy going demeanor that she brings to all projects. Tracy lives in Atlanta, GA, minutes from Atlanta’s Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport, giving her direct access to almost any location in the US and abroad.
